If I place a special order is it returnable?
All special orders are final sale. We highly recommend you take home samples before your purchase to make sure they will work in your home.
What is the lead time once I place an order?
The average lead time for rugs, bedding, and drapery is 2 to 4 weeks. The average lead time for furniture is 4 to 6 weeks. Lead time may vary depending on the availability of the item.
Where do I pick up my order when it comes in?
Rugs, bedding, and drapery will be available for pick up at our store location. Furniture is delivered to Brady's Moving and Storage, Inc. They are located at 251 Boeing Avenue in Chico. Pick ups can be made Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

We offer delivery through an outside service.
IN-STORE PRODUCT
Can you ship home decor items?
Currently, we are not set-up to ship product. However, if an item can be safely shipped and we happen to have the proper packing materials available we may be able to fulfill a shipping request on a case to case basis.
How often do you get in new product?
New product is placed on the floor almost daily! The best way to find out about new product arrival is to follow us on social media.
If something I was interested in has sold, can I order it?
Unfortunately we are unable to order just "one" of an item, so we recommend buying it when you see it!
Can you hold an item for me so I can make sure that it'll work in my space?
We are able to place items on hold for 24 hours if you are unable to come in the store. Just give us a call and request the hold with one of our associates.

We have gift cards available for purchase in any denomination.
DRAPERY PANELS
Do you have drapery for sale in your store?
Drapery is a special order item. We have samples available to view in-store.
What is the width of a drapery panel?
Softline panels are 54" wide. Be sure to measure for adequate amount of panels when ordering. Dye lots may vary if orders are placed at different times. To determine how many panels you will need, double the width of your window and divide by 54", then round up to the nearest even number.
How high do I hang the drapes above my window?
The most visually appealing height to hang drapes is 1/2 to 2/3 the distance between the ceiling and window. Drapes should also extend 3 to 6 inches on each side of the window frame. Depending on the effect you desire, panels may need to be hemmed to reach desired length.

Do you have rugs for sale in your store?
Rugs are a special order item. We have samples available to view in-store.
Why do rugs vary so much in price?
Rug fiber content, size, and production technique determines price, which can vary across the board. Our staff can assist you in making the best rug choice based on the style you are looking for along with your budget and lifestyle.
Do I need a rug pad to protect my floor?
Rugs that have a plastic under surface can lead to scratching on hardwood floors, while rugs with jute or softer fabric bottoms can slide if they are not weighted down with furniture. Our staff can assist you in determining if you will need a rug pad based on the location and use of your rug.
BEDDING
Do you have bedding for sale in your store?
Bedding is a special order item. We have samples available to view in-store.
Does the bedding come in Cal-King?
Amity Home offers a size called either over-size king or super king, which is equivalent to the size needed for cal-king. C & F Bedding only offers bedding in standard king (eastern king).
